Kowsar Saba Holding Company (KSHC)
Kowsar Saba Industrial Development Investments Company, abbreviately Kowsar Saba Holding Company (KSHC), was established in Tehran in the Iranian calendar year of 1397 (March 2018-March 2019).
The holding company was established by Kowsar Economic Organization (KEO) with the aim of organizing activities in the field of general industries and creating chains of production in line with the goal of manufacturing the products domestically and providing services needed by the country.
Kowsar Saba Holding Company as a quasi-public company in the form of a public joint stock parent company, is located in Tehran with eight subsidiaries and factories in different parts of the country, is active in manufacturing, industrial, and agricultural fields. It is, indeed, actively involved in investment as well as trade, production, and service projects nationwide.
Simcat Company (with half a century of experience in the production of kinds of wire and cable) in the city of Tabriz, East Azerbaijan province, Joveyn Electrical Machines Company (Jemco) in Khorasan Razavi province, Shahab Company (the first Iranian manufacturer of audio-visual products and home appliances) in Tehran, Khorasan Cotton and Oilseeds Company (with the brand name “Leefood”, registered on the stock market as “Ghedaneh”) in Khorasan Razavi province, Khavardasht Agro-Industry Company (with the brand name “Jahan Banou”) in Golestan province, and Kowsar Behchin Samin Food Industries Company (producer of canned food without the use of preservatives and with the brand name “Manilo”) in Khorasan Razavi province, as well as Kowsar Energy Development Company (with the brand name “Noortek”) in the city of Isfahan, Isfahan province, are among the subsidiaries of the holding company.
The holding has been so far succeeded in receiving
- A certificate for commitment to excellence at the 4th award of the National Center for Organizational Excellence and Progress, in the Iranian calendar year 1398 (March 2019-March 2020)
- A single-star plaque of honor at the 5th award of the National Center for Organizational Excellence and Progress, in the Iranian calendar year 1399 (March 2020-March 2021), and
- A three-star plaque of honor at the 6th award of the National Center for Organizational Excellence and Progress, in the Iranian calendar year 1400 (March 2021-March 2022)
- And was introduced as one of the top 200 companies of the country (ranking 177) in 1402 (March 2023-March 2024) by the Iran Industrial Management Company (IMI) in the 26th edition of the company’s ranking conference (IMI-100) which is held annually.
KSHC has so far managed to receive numerous international certificates, including ISO 9001:2015 quality management system in 1402 (March 2023-March 2024).
